Accepting Applications For the Following Positions:
Welders
This position fabricates, assembles, and welds metal/steel components on various trailers to SOP’s/Blueprints/Foreman and/or Lead Instructions. Assists other welders in the completion of trailers. Inspect welds to ensure quality standards are meet. Complete other duties as assigned.
Manufacturing | Fabricators
This position is responsible for a variety of manufacturing functions throughout the production process. Use of hand tools, power tools, and various equipment as needed in the assembly of raw materials to finished good. Various job functions include Powder Coating, Grinding, Assembly, etc.
Yard Hand
Perform essential job functions specific to finishing|trimming. Duties include but are not limited to wash and prepare trailers for paint, apply decals, wire lights and small assemblies, and use hand and power tools. Maintain a safe and clean work environment while staying in compliance to all policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Assist in onsite clean up of property.
Production Manager
Responsible for production line operational goals. Oversee production schedule in accordance with Best Trailer guidelines. Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes, methods and timelines in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. Priorities include process improvement, problem resolutions, project management and employee training.
